SOCKS

Putting fresh clean SOCKS on the feet of anyone who needs them. Whether they live on the streets, just can't make ends meet or even emergency services will all be welcome to tap into the resources of the many Volunteers collecting. All SOCKS stay in the community where they are collected....and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts..........and toes.

Valentine's Day 2015 is the largest One-Day challenge that SOCKS has ever been created.  Show people that you love them by purchasing NEW SOCKS and donating them to the needy. You get to choose and YOU should keep it local. Food Banks, shelters, that invisible guy sleeping on a vent outdoors or even someone who has lost everything in a house fire. NEEDY means so many things. This Valentine's Day we are challenging each one of you to personally take up the mission and then post the number of SOCKS you donated on our behalf to our SOCKS Facebook page.

We don't want to be greedy and accept all the warm thank yous for ourselves. You really need to know how good it feels to extend a helping hand....er SOCK to someone who just needs to know that someone cares about them and expects absolutely NOTHING in return. Please share our mission with everyone you know.

We thank you from the tips of our toes.
Sincerely......The SOCKS Team

Our Recipients

  1. Anyone in need is a potential recipients of assistance from the SOCKS Organization. We have contributed to individuals, to Food Banks, Shelters and Emergency organizations. We count on the public and the power of Facebook to let us know of the needs as they arise. Do you know an organization, or individual in need? Please let us know.
